EVANESCENCE
The Future’s Endless Possibilities

Evanescence’s Amy Lee tells us it’s time to let her brain breathe a little, how she needs a special connection to write with someone, how Shirley Manson being cool and down to earth is inspiring and how she loves to paint because there’s no pressure.

We will update you as soon as we get the interview on it.

Lyrics

Where’s the light
Killed my day
Lost in the dark of your ways
Wasted my energy and empathy
With your sweet lie

And if you don’t mind
I would like to live the lie that I will survive
And if you don’t mind
I would love to see the way you leave your world behind

Feel secure, I’m not so sure
You’re not just faking something
Wasting our last day
I can’t shake the pain

And if you don’t mind
I would like to live the lie that I will survive
And if you don’t mind
I would love to see the way you leave your world behind

And if you don’t mind
I would like to live the lie that I would survive
And if you don’t mind
If you don’t mind

Finally is here, a few minutes ago was published on the YouTube of Amp Rock TV an intimate version of “Lost In Paradise” which was recorded, apparently, during the Tour of the album “Evanescence” in an Arena/Theatre with background lights Amy Lee and wearing only a coat and her Grand Piano as usual.

Remember which means this simple according to Amy Lee in Track by Track review she had with NME:

I’d say this is the most intimate song on the album. Really, it was from that kind of hard time in 2010 where I felt lost and sort of like I lost my vision for a second.

And it’s cool because the song is sort of almost an apology to the fans, for being gone. It’s like ‘Here’s how it went, I needed to run away’. But I miss this, and it’s hard and it’s painful sometimes and it’s this big giant mess of things. But it’s me and it’s my heart and it’s our relationship and… Yeah, I want it back.

We could say that the song is closest to the fans and what this album represent for the band.

Here the video of the acoustic version.

After narrowly losing out to Sharon den Adel of Within Tempation in the 2011 Rock Goddess of the Year competition, Evanescence siren Amy Lee earned the honor in the 2012 Loudwire Music Awards  – thanks to overwhelming support from her devoted fans.

Lee took the lead right from the beginning and never trailed throughout the voting process. With 45.76 percent of the vote, the Evanescence singer garnered nearly half of the tens of thousands of votes that were cast in this category.

The race really turned out to be for second place with Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale edging out In This Moment’s Maria Brink and Lacuna Coil’s Cristina Scabbia for the runner-up position.

We’d like to congratulate Amy Lee on her victory and officially name her Rock Goddess of the Year! See the full results below here:

After of end date of the Tour with Evanescence, drummer Will Hunt returned with one of his many projects.
On these days is promoting with Dark New Day their new work “Hail Mary” band in which lead guitarist also participates Troy McLawhorn.

Yesterday minutes after Amy told us about the acoustic LIP, Will posted a very special video where we can see him on the drums playing the single “What You Want”.

The sound and image are just of the battery, so it’s a new experience for fans of Evanescence. Here you can see him:

Original:

Alright!! Here is the 1st in a line of several drum cam footage installments from EV! This was the 1st tune in the set for the whole tour so why not start there?!! The audio is what it is (only drums and very loud!lol!), as it was caught thru the tiny mic on the camera, but, you can tell I was enjoying myself! This is for the EV fans, I love you guys!!! Peace!!

Here another video of the same pitch, but of a song of Black Label Society:

Here you can see the tweets of Wind-Up Records label:
